By visiting or using this Site and/or any content or materials available through it (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.  In these Terms of Use “You” and “Your” refer to You, the person visiting the Site and “We”, “Us” and “Our” refers to Nord Arin (Romania).

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time at Our sole discretion and Your use of the Site will be subject to the most current version of the Terms of Use posted on the Site at the time of such use.
 

USE OF SITE

1. Ownership and Content

This Site is owned and operated by NORD ARIN PROD COM SRL, a manufacturing company based in Preluca, Pangarati, Neamt County, Romania and registered at the National Trade Register Office with the number J27/196/1993, fiscal code RO3225377.

2. Access and use of the Site

2.1 You may not use the Site in any improper or unlawful manner or in breach of any legislation or licence that applies to You. Without limiting the foregoing, You agree that when using the Site You will not: create multiple logins; impersonate others; or use software to harvest information from the Site.

2.2 You agree that You will not use, copy, download, extract or reutilise any part of the Site or any information or content available on the Site, or use or allow any third party to use, copy, download, extract or reutilise any part of the Site for any commercial purpose.

2.3 You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions that We may give You regarding the use of the Site.

2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that no one uses Your equipment to access the Site without Your permission. We will be entitled to assume that anyone who accesses the Site using Your equipment has Your permission to do so and You will be liable for any charges or any other costs, liabilities or damages that may be incurred by any such person.

How is your information protected:

(a) Protection of personal data.

Nord Arin collects the personal data of its users as described below. The data collected is only that provided by the user when using these services, with the exception of the user’s IP address which is additionally stored for the purposes of cookie management.

Contact form. This data is stored in a database and is only used in the context of an exchange of emails. If the contact results in a collaboration with Nord Arin, this data is retained for customer administration purposes.

Users whose data has been collected have the right to view this data and to request its correction or, if necessary, its deletion. Users may also object to the processing of personal data relating to them.

(b) Cookies.

A « cookie » is a small file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer when you visit a website or view an advertisement. 3.2 All Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Site and all content and materials contained therein are owned by and shall remain owned by Us and/or Our licensors. All photos and products are the intellectual property of NORD ARIN and cannot be replicated / used without prior consent.

(a) the material and information may only be used for Your personal and non-commercial purposes;
(b) the material and information shall not be reproduced or included in any other work or publication in any medium;
(c) the material and information may not be modified or altered in any way;
(d) subject to paragraph 4.3, the material and information may not be distributed or sold to any third party;

3.3 These Terms of Use are not intended to prevent You recording in manual form any individual item of information, or disclosing any individual item of information, free of charge, to friends or relations for non-commercial purposes provided that You take all reasonable steps to ensure that any person to whom You may disclose that information complies with these Terms of Use.

4. Disclaimer

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, the Site and all materials and information provided through it are provided on an "as is" basis without guarantee of any kind and any conditions, statements and warranties (including, but not limited to, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement) are excluded to the fullest amount permissible by law.
